Give everyone their own login.
Each person you add gets their own Fieldify account, so there's no need to share passwords. They can see their work, update jobs while they're on site and record payments, with their name kept against everything they do so you always have a clear record of who did what.

Everyone sees their own work first.
Someone opening Fieldify on site sees the jobs they are on, not the whole firm's diary. Switch to everyone whenever you want the full picture, and Fieldify remembers which you prefer. Being on a job counts whether you are leading it or working alongside somebody, so nobody has to hunt for their own work.

Tell someone they are on a job.
Put someone on a job and Fieldify tells them, with the time, the address and the customer in the message. They know where they are meant to be without you ringing round the night before, and only the people actually added are told.

Who does what
Split the work on a job between people.
On a job with more than one person on it, each item on the checklist can carry a name, so two people on the same bathroom can both see which bits are theirs and what the other has already done. Leave an item unnamed and it stays there for whoever gets to it first.

What they can open
Give access to the work, not the finances.
Set permissions individually for each person, with a separate switch for each part of Fieldify. Someone out on the tools can have their jobs, their schedule and the customers whose doors they are knocking on, without quotes, invoices, payments or reports. They get what they need to do the work, and your pricing and income stay yours. New people start on sensible settings for their role, so nothing has to be configured before they can begin.

Being able to see it is not the same as being able to do it.
Separately from the areas above, decide whether each person can delete things, give discounts, or send quotes and invoices out to customers. Someone can write a quote up at your prices and leave it for you to send, or run the diary without being able to knock money off. Office staff can send and discount by default, people on the tools can do neither, and you can change any of it per person.
