Setting one
Set the next visit while it is fresh.
Create a reminder as soon as you finish the job, with the customer, property and reason for the next visit already linked. When the time comes to get back in touch, you will have all the details ready and will not have to rely on remembering it yourself.
Carried over for you
- The customer and the property
- What the return visit is for
- A due date from the interval
Timing
Set reminders for when they are actually due.
Choose a service interval that matches the work, whether that is every few months, once a year or something less regular. For anything that does not follow a set schedule, simply choose the exact date you want to follow up.
Service interval
Working through them
Keep your reminders useful.
Upcoming reminders stay visible until you have dealt with them, then simply mark them as completed or dismiss them if they are no longer needed. That keeps your list tidy and focused on customers who are genuinely due a follow-up.

Booking it in
Turn a reminder into a booked job.
When a reminder falls due, book it from where it sits. The customer, the property and what the visit is for are already on it, and the date is set to the day it was due. The reminder marks itself done once the job exists, so it stops asking. If it repeats, Fieldify offers to set the next one at the same interval.

Rounds
Run a round of regular visits in order.
Some work is twenty small visits in a sensible order rather than one big job. A round holds the stops in the order you actually drive them, with a price against each one and whoever normally runs it. The visits are ordinary jobs, so photos, notes and checklists all still work, and a month of them at one stop goes out on a single invoice rather than eight.

The point of it
Bring customers back without the hard sell.
Repeat work often comes down to getting in touch at the right time. Fieldify remembers when a customer is due a service or follow-up, so you can get in touch when there is a genuine reason to and turn more previous jobs into future work. Anything past its date is shown in red until you deal with it.
When one comes due
- It appears on the reminders list
- Past its date, it turns red
- You have a reason to ring, not a sales call
- Nothing waits on you remembering
Connected, not isolated
Every part of Fieldify works together.
